Crew Mileage helps you prepare production mileage forms. No crew account is required.

Information on your device

Your saved weekly mileage state and saved recipient email records are kept in this browser/device. Clearing browser storage removes those local copies. A randomly generated browser identifier supports request validation and usage safeguards.

Shared locations and Google services

Shared production location labels and confirmed standardized addresses are stored centrally so the production can reuse them. These records do not contain your personal weekly mileage state or recipient list.

As you type a place or address, search text may be sent to Google Maps Platform to return suggestions. Selected places are resolved to addresses and checked through Google Address Validation. Manually entered addresses also use Address Validation. Saving a shared location requires your confirmation. Crew Mileage does not persist Places search history or suggestion lists.

Production mileage routes use Google Routes with the selected shared-location addresses. Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy, which applies to the Google Maps Platform functionality used here.

PDF previews and sending

When you explicitly create a PDF preview, the information needed to generate it is processed on the server. Preview artifacts are stored temporarily and expire automatically, normally after 45 minutes (configured within 30–60 minutes).

Fender download-only previews are generated without a stored email artifact. When Fender email is enabled and you prepare an email preview, the exact PDF, including any drawn signature, and its selected recipient are stored temporarily for review and delivery. Closing or changing the preview invalidates email confirmation and requests deletion; automatic expiry remains the fallback. An email already accepted for delivery cannot be recalled by editing or closing the preview.

When you explicitly send a completed form, the approved PDF and information needed for delivery, including the recipient email address, are processed by the application and its email provider. When TEST MODE is shown, delivery is restricted to the configured test recipient. No form is sent merely by searching for a location.

Hosting and service providers process requests to operate these features. The application uses usage counters and temporary validation and delivery records for cost controls and safe operation.
